The Flamingo Hotel is ideally situated in a quiet part of the beautiful resort of Olu Deniz, famous for its turquoise seas and stunning lagoon. Everything at the Flamingo Hotel is designed to ensure guests have a relaxing and pleasant experience. A majority of guests come back year after year to be part of the Flamingo experience.

Accommodation

The hotel itself caters for the needs of all its guests, with self-catering apartments, deluxe rooms and standard rooms set in three different blocks on different levels. All rooms have balconies with either a sea or mountain view and are tastefully decorated and contain twin or double beds, en suite bathroom with shower/bath, air conditioning, mini fridge, television and telephone. The blocks are set on different levels, with a number of steps to reach them.

Food & Beverage

Within the hotel there are snack and a la carte menus providing a wide variety of excellent food, with good service and friendly staff. Breakfast is Turkish buffet style, and dinner is served in a buffet style (maybe set menu dependent upon numbers) in either the indoor area, or outdoor terrace restaurant.

About Dalaman

Visas: British Citizens and British National (Overseas) residing in Hong Kong can obtain a multiple-entry visa on arrival for three months. Cost �10 in a Sterling note.
Timezone: GMT +2 (GMT +3 from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October).
Language: Turkish is the official language, but English is widely understood in the main tourist areas.
Jabs: As UK, Courses or boosters usually advised: hepatitis A; typhoid; diphtheria; tetanus. Vaccines sometimes advised: tuberculosis; hepatitis B; rabies.

The hotel offers two swimming pools with childrens sections, tennis court, childrens play area, table tennis, wireless internet access, a pool table and kids play area. There are also regular special evening events, including the very popular Turkish night, complete with belly dancer!

Useful Information on Distances

The hotel is situated a short way back from the main street, approximately 5 minutes to various bars, restaurants, clubs and the Olu Deniz beach. It is approximately 12km to the town of Fethiye, and 60km to the Dalaman International Airport (DLM).

Entry Requirements

You may obtain a multiple entry visitors visa valid for 90 days at the port of entry on payment of ten pounds sterling, cash (Scottish currency is not accepted).
