Very simple but clean (as usual for cheap Turkish accomodation)with helpful and not pushy staff. Went self catering and found kitchen utensils and crockery a bit scarce. We were 2 people in a 4 birth which was very spacious but i think would be very small for a family of 4 unless the children were young. Pool nice and quiet (not loud holiday music)with no hastle to buy their drinks which made a nice change. It was about a ten min walk into Kusadasi town downhill which we didn't mind or a very cheap bus ride which went every 5 mins. Local supermarkets were 5 and 10 min walk away. Although the hotel was abuot 3 mins walk to the coast, the nearest beach was a 15 min walk away or short cheap bus ride. Fantastic views of the sunset out at sea from most balconies.
Useful Tips:
Friday market 5 mins walk away and main bus terminal 10 mins walk away with bus to loads of destinations. Use local bus rather than costly tour reps on the front!
