attractive building enjoying an informal and friendly ambience with a

central situation in the resort. Overlooking the bay in Gumbet. The

property is approx. 5 mins. walk to the sandy beach . The heart of the

resort is about 10 mins. walk away. The local dolmus operates regularly

to Bodrum and Gumbet centre. An indemnity deposit is requested on

arrival and fully refunded on departure providing accommodation is

vacated in appropriate condition.
