The recently refurbished Didim Beach Resort offers excellent service to its guests having an Antic structure that fits with the areas architectural trend, which is by the beach, closed to the nature, situated in one of the beautiful bays of the Aegean coast in Didim-Altinkum. The hotel has in front an extremely clean sea and sandy beach, which is mainly used for hotel guests only. It creates an opportunity of an unforgettable holiday with its sea activities such as water sports and a diving club.

Accommodation

Didim Beach Resort comprises of the main building and the annexe (new for 2008), located only 100m apart. All of the rooms are equipped with a bathroom (with shower or bath), WC, hair dryer, split air conditioning, satellite television, telephone, mini fridge and a balcony or terrace. Safes can be found in all rooms of the main building, and behind the reception in the annexe. Some of the rooms include a French bed and others include twin beds. When required all the rooms can include additional beds (sofa beds only). Family rooms are available, which consist of one French bed in one room and two single beds in a connecting room.

All Inclusive Food & Beverage

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals all local beverages are offered. Delicious light snacks & pastry are available at the snack bar between 12:00 & 16:00 and from 12:00-17:00 at the beach bar. Customers can have midnight snacks from 24:00-01:00 at the Cafe Sport. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water, etc are served from 10:00-24:00 at the Dolphin pool bar (10:00-24:00), the beach bar (10:00-18:00), the Café Sport (24hrs) and the Santana disco bar (23:30-02:00).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, table tennis, basketball, mini-football (all from 10:00-18:00), Turkish bath & sauna as well as fitness (all from 10:00-20:00), mini-club (10:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:00), two swimming pools and activity pool with water slide, childrens pool with water slide and non-motorized water sports (10:00-18:00). Free sunbeds, mattresses, parasols and pool & beach towels are available as well.

Chargeable Extras

The Beach Club, doctor (24hrs), imported drinks, all drinks after 24:00, fresh orange juice at breakfast, safety deposit boxes, telephone, mini bar, internet, massage (09:00-20:00), billiards (10:00-24:00), motorised water sports (10:00-18:00, seasonal) and scuba diving are available at a charge. There is also a charge for late check-out (if room available) for those leaving on a night flight. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the AÂ’ la Carte restaurant Marin, for dinner from 20:00-23:00 (subject to minimum number and if reached, a non-refundable deposit will be required).

Facilities & Services

Didim Beach Resort offers room service, a shopping store, a disco, game hall, free WIFI in the reception area, various kinds of entertainment and animation games are provided, coiffeur, photographer, laundry, parking, conference & ball room and mini club an amazing new mini club housed within a giant mushroom in the garden (for children aged between 4 and 12 years). Outside of the complex there is live music and night shows for the amusement of the guests (subject to weather). There are local coach services from the big cities. Guests can also use the local minibus service Didim-Birlik departing for Altinkum in every 15 minutes from Soke town. Ferryboat service to Bodrum is also available, daily in high season and three times a week in the low season.

Useful Information

Altinkum centre is 1.5kms away, Bodrum airport 90kms and Izmir Airport 145kms. International check-in /check-out law means that rooms are booked from midday to midday, not from guestÂ’s arrival time at the hotel. Keeping your room on at the end of your stay maybe be possible, depending on availability, but would incur a local charge paid to the hotel. As all rooms are twin rooms, not family rooms, this means 3rd and 4th occupancy will be on sofa beds. Some facilities available can be affected by weather or start/end of season. Guests should note the following: Guests will be located either in the main building or the annexe, and the annexe has its old swimming pool and pool bar.

Entry Requirements

You may obtain a multiple entry visitors visa valid for 90 days at the port of entry on payment of ten pounds sterling, cash (Scottish currency is not accepted).

The hotel is suitable for all ages, but particularly families, because of the extensive selection of food, the quality of facilities and the variety of entertainment.
