- This was a lovely small hotel. First time to Turkey,just me & my young son(age 11) Read some of the reviews before booking & most of them were good but still a bit apprehensive as it was just a 2star but it was a brilliant holiday,hotel may be 2 star but the service from the staff was 5star,very friendly & clean hotel & a great location in the resort! Hoping to go back next year will definately go back to the Burak
- Useful Tips:
- Never pay the price the guys first ask for,you will always get it downpriced. For a great restaurant & friendly staff try the family door,up past Dolphin Square & up a side street,great food 7 good for kids,playstation,free internet & pool Staff very attentive

- Just come back from a week at the Burak in Altinkum with my 16yr old daugter, sister and mother. the hotel is very clean and staff are so friendly. there is no evening entertainment but so much going on out and about. We went B&B and didnt eat in the hotel restaurant at night just because there are so many to choose from on the sea front. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the sea. Fabulous location. Couldnt fault it at all and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else.
- Useful Tips:
- My daughter did get bothered by some of the younger waiters a few times but if you are polite and firm they will back off. Mostly they are just trying to have fun and make your holiday enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble if you arent happy about a meal etc but dont be shy in telling them.

- Very clean & basic, regularly cleaned and change of towels. Shower room small but always hot water. Location is everything..its in an ideal location. Staff polite and eager to help.Good bar area, nice meeting point, food basic but very good. Have been to this hotel at least 12 times.Pool cleaned daily.

- Good rate to exchange money as it vary hour by hour.
