Built in 1974 and renovated in 2005, this fully air-conditioned, 11-floor hotel has a total of 415 rooms of which 22 are single rooms and 374 are double rooms (374 rooms with double beds, 200 rooms with seaward views, 68 rooms with linking doors and 22 rooms with French beds) as well as 1 suite. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility, 4 new lifts, a souvenir shop, a coffee shop, a photography shop, a hairdresser, a nightclub and a dance room (both with a maximum capacity of 300 persons), a playroom for children (capacity of approximately 50 persons) and a games room for adults (maximum capacity of 200 persons), a TV room (80 persons), a conference room (approximately 150 persons, a car hire service and a playground.
