- I was really worried after I boked this hotel and then read the reviews! BUT, the staff where always friendly and helpful, the cleaner came in everyday with fresh towels and cleaned up our mess! The noise outside wasnt too bad if you closed your windows, the rooms were basic and old fashioned but clean and spacious, and were ideal as a base. The pool area was always clean and tidy. The worst part of the hotel was the food!!! Im sure its ok if you arnt fussy and dont mind eating unknown fish or meat. We lived on the soggy chips and pasta, also we ate out a lot. I would go back to this hotel but only on a b&b basis.
- Useful Tips:
- The food isnt great, ask like I did for a room away from te nightclub if you want to get any sleep.

- HOTEL WAS A BIT BASIC ... AND NEEDS A LITTLE UPGRADING FURNITURE AND KITCHEN QUITE OUT OF DATE.HOWEVER THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY ESPECIALY THE LATE NIGHT STAFF.
- Useful Tips:
- IF YOU ARE SELF CATERING ONLY 2 RINGS AND NO OVEN OR GRILL SO IMPOSSABLE TO COOK MANY MEALS ,ONLY SNACKS, WE HAD 3 CHILDREN SO WE ONLY WANTED BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL AND WENT OUT TO BARS/RESTURANTS FOR MEALS.

- i was disappointed with the food, it was cold and the same thing most days. Chips and onion soup was served everyday and came out cold on the hot plates. Not ideal for families as the buffet wasn't until 8 and thats way to late for young kids to be eatting. Not stated on the information but a disco next to the apartment open till 5am and then the joys of drunk young people waking you up all through the night. Only thing i was pleased about was the cleaning where it was cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Also one night we made a complaint about the noise at 4:30 am and that was dealt with straight away. Wont stay there again though.

- Bus services are 24hours and the staff that can help you are great.

- The hotel itself wasnt too bad but we only had a cleaner come in once in 2 weeks and she only mopped the floor . If you are thinking of staying here and you have got kids DON'T the noise at night is so bad you can't sleep at all and it goes on until around 5 in the morning , the nightclub is next door to the hotel .

- hotel well placed for shops, beach etc. rooms adaquate, food monotonous but ok ...pool lovely, cleaning and towels daily. good for families wanting hotel and beach...good for young people entertainment under hotel, would recommend.
- Useful Tips:
- busy roads and shopping areas so keep kids close by. trip to monserratt and Barcelona...don't do panoramic with kids too long a day go on own and choose 2 - 3 things to see.
