Comments:
I thought this was a great place to be with plenty to do through the day and lots of nightlife also. Weather was very hot for November and not that cold at night. I was right on the outskirts on the beach, quite near Belamadena
Useful Tips:
Look for the 2 euro shops for really good souveniers. A visit to Gibralta is recommended, do the shopping trip and caves. If you do the tunnels you wont have time to shopping, duty frees extremely cheap.

Comments:
i went to hotel torreblanca this year and had a very bad time the staff in the dinning room were misrable and they hotel reseptionist in the evening was horrible the one in the morning was nice and helpful i would certnly complain about this hotel! when i first saw the reviews i was in doubt about it and i wasnt wrong! the rooms were very bland and not colourful and needed a good redecorating and the food wasnt at all nice i was very disopointed! i have 2 children and they were treated better but besides from that not a very nice holiday at all!!!! but apart from all off that the weather was nice and hot and the beach was very near also they had to pools incase one got crowded!
Useful Tips:
i think they should look out for the rude staff and unresonible dinning room waiters!

Comments:
destination excellent. Beaches perfect. Caught both the local buses and trains both of which were very good value for money. Only downside was the cost of everything very expensive due to the poor value of the pound against the euro. Plenty of places to visit including Gibralter. would go again.
Useful Tips:
Make sure you shop around before buying anything. prices vary considerably between one off shops and supermarkets. everyday essentials such as sun tan lotion/shower gels etc. extremely pricey compared to home, make sure you pack everything you will need.

Comments:
I went with my wife & 2 children & my mother in law we had a great holiday We stayed in a hotel in the main town which was very clean & the food was great on a half board basis, it was a bit of a hike from the beach but nevertheless we enjoyed the exercise. It wa svery hot & the beach was beautiful with a number of shops to browse around, plenty of cafes & bars. We all enjoyed Torremolinos and would definitely consider returning.
Useful Tips:
Be prepared that the town is up hill from the beach, shuttle buses are available but fill up quick so if they fancy the exercise then take a walk. The weather is fantastic and the beach is great, very friendly staff for hiring the sunbeds & are reasonably priced for the day. Lots of shops with different souvenirs on sale from the bucket & spade to ornaments & clothes. Good bars and cafes which considering the euro value were not badly priced. I went with my family with 2 children we all had a great time, came home with nice tan, and good memories of Torremolinos.

central location to visit benalamadena, fuengirola, mijas, malaga etc, walking distance of benalamadena & only a train ride or bus ride to any where you wish to visit, train & bus both cheap & regular services so its excellent for getting around, plenty of bars/cafes to eat & drink every where you go or you could just relax & soak up the sun , there is something for everyone.
Useful Tips:
train from the airport a lot cheaper than taxi's & transfer's. use trains & taxis to get around. go to sizzlyns at fuengirola for a fabulous meal (steaks are excellent).have a look down san-miguel st at torrelominos great for shopping, big market at fuenfirola,

Comments:
We booked for three weeks but after two weeks we couldnt wait to get home again. The prices were sky high £9 yes £9 for three coffees and a coke. And we had to go a long walk to find a bar open, we went down to the marina and all we saw was se vende on the shops and every boat.On a sunday the telegrah was £5.40 I kid you not, the place was so quiet it was scary also the robbings that was going on well we are shocked as you never saw the police about. we have been going two/three times a year for the last 8yrs but we will never go again. I should think the only thing missing was tumbleweed blowing down the street. Our hotel was a 4 star plus and it was only 25% full and next door at our friends hotel theres was only 15% full and that was on the sea front
Useful Tips:
To be honest robbers everyone was on edge as that many people were robbed it is so upsetting to see a place go so bad in six months. also you cant walk down the prom as there are that many sellers speading goods out and if there not on the prom there in every bar you sit down at you are accosted every 5mins

Comments:
Torremolinos is a really friendly, nice little town near to Malaga. Literally 10 mins by car(or train) from Malaga airport We went there the end of september, the weather was still really nice ( 26-28 Celsius, not burning hot, but hot enough to take a sunbath..) It has a realy nice sandy beach (nicer then Malaga's) shopping street, full with bars, and restaurants.
Useful Tips:
From Malaga airport to Torremolinos take train. It is really cheap and quick.it
