- The Resort itself was great but if you have never been before beware it is very hilly. The beach is nice and theres a flat sea front but a steep hill down to the beach. Weather was lovely.

- Booked a week's holiday with OTBeach Travel to Benalmadena for 8 nights in April 09. The holiday was reasonably priced with civilised flight times and great self catering accommodation. The resort was extremely clean with friendly locals. Would definitely go again.

- Benalmadena has we think, got a bit of a spivvy reputation, but during the winter months this resort is a delight, it has everything that a winter holiday can offer, friendly bars (Palm 55 this little bar along the promenade is a delight & gets the last of the sun as it sinks below the horizen) good restraunts, all along the promenade.The beautifal sandy beach stretches the whole length of Belamadena,there are mountains in the distance, a Marina with many designer shops to peruse, and within a few hours there are places of historical interest such as Granada and Cordoba. We, had a lovely relaxing holiday & would throughly reccommend this delightful Spanish resort for a winter break
- Useful Tips:
- Many of the bars offer Happy hours some during the early evening & some later during entertainment. Taxi's can be expensive, be aware if you are not hiring a car, but the train service from Malaga to Belamadena is excellent

- We were delighted with this destination. On visiting other places around and about we were sure that this was the best place on the Costa del Sol to holiday.
- Useful Tips:
- Make for the Marina and you'll find plenty to do

- great place to visit chesters bar very good quiz twice a week paloma park is a must see nowhere quite like it anywhere good food in all the bars but stay clear of the indian resteraunts i have been a chef for 17 years and have not had food quite that bad ever

- fuengerolla market on a tuesday on the fairground is a must great value for money paloma park is a must see and take a trip on the cable cars to the top of the mountains to see the birds of prey if you get a chance they are located at tivoli world
