The hotel is located in a building that is highly symbolic of the spirit of the small village of Empordanese, the Mas Fàbrega. It was formerly a hospital, built in 1364 by Maria de Xèrica, the countess of Empúries. Take the motorway AP7 and turn off at exit 6 - Girona Nord. Drive along the C-66 towards Celrà, and after passing through Celrà drive towards Flaçà. Pass Corça then take the GIV-6702 towards the village of Madremanya. At Monells take the main road and turn right before reaching the bridge. The hotel is very close by, just past the river.
