- First impressions were good and the reception staff were helpfull enough. Rooms were tidy and always clean if a little outdated but fresh sheets and towels every day was a nice touch. The food was OK with always something to eat even for our two year old daughter. The staff on the other hand were mostly polite apart from one old greasy spanish guy who i almost came to blows with on the second night due to his sheer rudeness but most of the others were ok. The hotel is well situated and a good laugh with plenty of variation in guests. The only downside was the location of the pool being set below the hotel down about 50+ steep steps but all in all a great break for the price. If you expectations are not high for peanuts then this is the place for you. I would go back again next year as the weather was beautiful for the end of September and the drinks even though local are as strong as you need and are definatly not watered down.

- the sister hotel just around the corner with much better food called the Surf Mar a 5 minute walk away.

- I had read mixed reviews about this hotel but was not dissappointed. A group of 5 of us went for a week. The rooms were basic, but were cleaned very well everyday. The food was hit or miss but a lot of option, only downfall was not knowing what you were eating! I don't think anyone can complain about the alcohol, it's free and does the trick!! The location is ideal, close to all amenities! I had also read that the staff were rude, but once again if you make the effort with them they are great! Security guard was rude but he thought he had the most important job in the world! Overall we had a great week, not really a hotel for families with children, but great for cheap holiday with big group of friends!

- Drunk and falling over oldies, very amusing to watch! Don't take children Watch out for pick-pockets in town Take a Beach towel as towels are small in hotel

- The hotel was fine, the food was ok but my husband and don't mind new trying new foods, we also like fish dishes and paella which was a bonus. The maids came daily and the room was left clean with clean towels. The only down fall was it was at the top of a hill so had to walk down to the beach and night life.

- where do i start?the room was tiny with 4 beds in a row not even leaving enough room to open the wardrobe door fully.the food was rubish not much choice it was allways pork or fish.The entertianment was very poor with the same act on three nights in a row.They ran out of sprits for two nights and just said the supplyers just hav'nt deliverd.And i never seen anyone clean the pool out once and ended up with me and my daughter getting ear infections

- Overall, the hotel was very clean and well presented. The vast majority of staff were also helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we found that 99% of the residents were OAPS, which is fine, but when you're all-inclusive, with a young family, and all the entertainment and activities are geared around older people, there's not much fun to be had! The food was average and edible, with a fairly good choice most days. I think it is 'you get what you pay for' type of food. However, it was like a 'free for all' and very chaotic most meal times. In conclusion, I think there are definately worse hotels out there, but there are much better ones too!

- Little extras which we were unaware (until the last two days) this hotel operated e.g. a very good packed lunch service if you are all-inclusive and will be away all day
