- Lloret is ok but a bit run down. Blanes is a beautiful place and Santa Susana is also quite nice. Would probably prefer to go to Blanes if I was going to the Costa Brava again
- Useful Tips:
- If you want somewhere a bit more up market go to Blanes.

- Great place, plenty to do. Shame that the beach was rough on the feet. Would definitely visit again.

- Roxy's, Robin Hood Karaoke bar, and the take away next door who's name has slipped my mind.

- nice place just very very quiet. every thing seemed to close at 9 pm(but it was out of season though)if you want a quiet holiday i would recomend,every body was always happy to help you and were always friendly.weather was hot,beach was clean,good bus station to get to other places. quite expensive to eat and drink out.

- GREAT HOLIDAY, YOU HAVE TO VISIT BARCELONA A MUST 6.80 EUROS ON TRAIN TAKES ABOUT 55 MINS.AVOID CALELLA A DUMP. TRY QUAD BIKING IN MALGRATE NEXT TO BEACH 200 YARDS UP FROM TRAIN STATION. ONLY 5 EUROS FOR 6 LAPS WE LOVED IT MY LTTLE BOY 10YRS OLD RODE HIS OWN, IT WAS AWSOME.

- QUAD BIKING NEXT TO BEACH, TRAIN TO BARCELONA GOT TO VISIT AMAZING, BEACHES LOVELY SEA WARM. HIRE BOAT AT BEACH WITH SLIDE ON IT ONLY 15 EUROS HOUR.ROVERS RETURN PUB LOVELY SERVICE AND FOOD.

- Lovely shops, very pretty town, didn't think much of the beach, the sand is like gravel and unbearable to walk on. Lots of restaurants. Lots to see in the area, you only really need a base as there is loads to see. It is really easy to catch a bus to different areas and you can catch a bus from the easily accessable bus station to Barcelona or change at Llorett de mar bus station to go to different areas. There are also lots of boat trips and a taxi boat which will take you to different resorts.

- we stayed at the santa suzana hotel,all inclusive the food was ok but a bit repetitive and wasnt keen on the plastic glasses but other wise nice. there was two pools one for the adults and another for the children which were very clean the night life was good for adults and children.The hotel its self was very clean rooms done daily and changed towels. the kids club was very good with lots to do for them. but the hotel have a free bus and little train service which is very handy and their is a shopping mall at the side of the hotel we would go again a resonable holiday for what you get.
- Useful Tips:
- be very careful of the beaches as it is shingle and very sharp and the water has a very deep ridge with very strong waves you have to be a very good swimmer and at the hotel they have a parrot show beware of having your picture taken as they demand money of youwhen you dont want the pictures.

- The beach was superb, the weather amazing and the local people were always friendly. Nightlife was good without being 'too much' and the selection of bars and clubs were tasteful and hastle free! We enjoyed ourselves a great deal and would recommend Lloret to anybody looking for a sun escape!

- The nice bars along the beach front and the walk up the hillside to the left of the beach (when facing the sea)

- We had visited Tossa De Mar in the previous year, booked through On The Beach, our return included two friends who had never heard of it. It is not for the night clubbing youth, it is a quite Spanish holiday resort, spoilt only by one thing, the hotel we stayed in, Tossa Park. The hotel is fine but it is all inclusive, the only one in the resort as far as I know and it does attract some of the louder members of the population. I wiould have no reservations in returning to Tossa de Mar but I would have to find another hotel

- Peace and quiet, Spanish hospitallity, short flight, authentic food, harbour views and walks, central location for Barcelona

- Spanish people were colder than expected.I was told that this is the "Catalan" way,but I didn't enjoy it.One would appreciate more smily faces around while in holiday!They don't speak English very well. Not very helpful,even when is about children.We lost our flight in Barcelona and everyone there made our bad lack the worst nightmare.Everything ridiculosly expensive.
- Useful Tips:
- Learn some basic Spanish words,just in case. Don't lose any flights,noone will halp you. Take a taxi from/to anywhere.
