The residential complex is made up of several apartment blocks. It comprises a total of 19 apartments, some with 1 bedroom which can sleep up to 4 people, and others with 2 bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 people. There is a reception desk and a bar. The reception desk does not provide 24-hour service. Opening times will be advised on the booking confirmation. A deposit will be required upon arrival. All apartments are equipped with all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay. Apartments include: an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, satellite/cable TV, stereo, an American-style kitchen, tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, ironing set, a safe (fees apply) and a balcony.

Accommodation

Coming from Alicante on the N-332 road in the direction of Cartagena: Just before arriving in Torrevieja, take the road 'Torrevieja por la Costa' which is on the left hand side. Continue until an Italian restaurant comes into view and then turn right. The reception can be found on the third road on the right (first block on the left). There is no access to this road by car.
