The apartments were bulit in 2006 and will be opening to the public in June. The building offers magnificent views of the beach.

Accomodation

Guests can rent one or two bedroom apartments. All apartments have kitchen with electric hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge. The kitchen is by the entrance with an adjoining lounge area, bedroom with double bed or two 90 cm single beds (or in the 2 bedroom apartment one bedroom with a double bed), full en suite bathroom (and a small bathroom with shower in the main bedroom in the two bedroom apartment), terrace with views to the pools and to the beach, large living room area with a convertible sofa bed, central heating /air conditioning, washing machine and satellite TV. Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.

The proximity to the Diamond Beach Hotel **** makes it extremely easy to use the hotels amenities such as restaurants and café.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception as well as three swimming pools (one for children and two for adults). Optional (can be reserved and paid directly at the establishment): garage, indoor car park, cots, extra cleaning and laundry services, safety deposit boxes at reception, mini-golf and two tennis courts at nearby Turmalina apartments, one tennis court at Aguamarina. Likewise, the proximity to the Diamond Beach Hotel **** makes it possible to use the hotels amenities: SPA, gymnasium, etc. Please note that pets are not allowed.
