Building of apartments with 16 heights, built in 2004. Situated at 30 metres from the Poniente Beach, just near the Promenade with very nice views. Only 200 metres from the fishing and pleasure harbour. It is located next to the Calpe city centre.

Guests can rent one or two bedroom apartments. All apartments have equipped kitchen, washing machine, full bathroom, lounge with a sofa bed and terrace with nice views to the sea and the swimming pools.
