- This is the perfect place for an out of season holiday. The weather is perfect, the beach and surrounding beaches are out of this world. Whilst I would not like to go here in the height of the season. Out of season it is just perfect and like paradise.
- Useful Tips:
- The other beaches, The Dockside Restaurant great for coffee and brandy with a gorgeous view. The farthest beach cafe on Praia Du Vou excellent for passing an hour or so watching beatiful waves crashing to the sea shore.

- Fantastic destination. Superb food, fantastic clean, golden beaches, friendly people, marvelous water parks. Have been coming here for the past 9 years normally twice a year - been in Feb, March, April, October and November but June has been the best so far. Lovely to see the streets so busy with families promenading in the evenings, interesting street entertainers and nik nak stalls. Also the cost of living definitely giving a better deal than previously. A euro a pint can't be bad!Wish I was there now. Night life can go on as late as you want with plenty of lively bars for partiers. Good local bus service to lovely fishing village of Alvor (also home of the Irish Bar!) and Portimao which is great for upmarket shopping - especially shoes. Although there is a euro shop - the equivilant of our pound shop!

- Slide and splash a must for kids, zoo worth a visit and jeep safari an exciting but bumpy ride

- This was my second time going to Algarve and we choose Praia da Rocha again. The destination is fantastic; its got something for everyone. The quiet relaxing holiday for the couples. A great variety of attractions for families; waterparks zoo marine any many many more. The great selection of bars and clubs for the singles and Albuferia is only a 40 minute drive. Every amenity is just at ur doorstop every hotel is probably around 5 mins walk fron beach, clubs, bars and shops. The price for the holiday is great for anyone who is on a budget and wants a great holiday abroad. The weather in ALgarve wont let you down either in May tempretures reached 36c and that was a record for may. I can only imagine the temperures in high season. So all in i would reccomend this holiday to anyone who asks!!!

- Chech out the fantastic beach, with the promanade of cafes and restaurants. Also check out Zoo Marine a must for any one.

- A beautiful clean resort with plenty to do and very freindly and helpful locals. Particularly recommend 'A Portugesa Restaurante' for fantastic food and excellent service.

- praia de rocha is a lovely place an hours drive from faro airport.the beaches are stunning, and so much to do. there is a huge strip of shops and cafes, a lovely promade walk and very good for all the family. we all loved it and would defo return. we stayed in praia da rocha apartments near to everything. if you can go to zoo marine ,a brilliant day out for the family the dolphin show is amazing, lots to do lasting all day.
- Useful Tips:
- take lots of money we found it very expensive but the xchange rate on the euro dont help. go to zoo marine for the day its 80 euros for family of 4 but so worth it, theres rides there a seal show dolphin show is amazing, 4d cinema and 3 lovely out door pools take your cossies and enjoy!

- this holiday was bril. it had everything ;computers,big pool,lovely staff,fantastic food,bril pubs,eg. great for the kids and adults. beach was amazing .it had lovely decking and lovely golden sand. all that i can say is that it would be a perfect holiday for a family with children. the aquashow was fab. (the water park) you can also go to fatima but it took 5 and a half hours!(thats a long time!)especially on a coach in hot weather but it was lovely that is all i have to say thank you.
