Long balmy summer days and evenings are just two of the reason why St Julians holidays are so popular. It seems that you can come on holidays to St Julians at virtually any time and still get great temperatures and plenty of sun. Even during the winter temperatures rarely dip below the mid-teens, so you can expect St Julians to be a lively resort year round!
St Julians holidays are not all centered around the nightlife. For a fun packed, family day out, the Mediterraneo and Splash and Fun water park are located just north of the resort. Off course you can't come on holidays to St Julians without spending at least one day down by the waterside, soaking up some sun rays and topping up your tan.
If it's nightlife you're after, you can't go wrong on St Julians holidays. As well as having many tasteful bars, restaurants and cafes, the nearby party capital of Paceville is right on St Julians doorstep which is the place to party hard in its many all-night venues such as the gigantic Axis club and Fuego, a salsa club which is very popular with both tourists and locals alike. The Dragonara Casino in St Julians itself is also a fun place to spend an evening if you fancy a bit of a flutter.

There are no sandy beaches in St Julians and most of its shoreline is rocky, although there are plenty of smooth, flat rocks on which you can sunbathe or you can use one of the many lidos found along its coastline. One of the best of these is the Reef Club, which is an exclusive beach club on the waterfront where you can take part in a variety of watersports as well as it having a great pool. Swimming, scuba diving and snorkelling off the rocks are all very popular but there are some deep pockets of water so you need to take care.
Culture vultures should head out to the capital, Valletta which is close by and if you like your shopping to be on a grander scale, head to Sliema which is only a short distance from St Julians too.
