Nightlife
There are a small number of cafes and restaurants available and most of the top hotels have their own nightclubs and put on their own entertainment extravaganzas which are fun for all the family. But if that all sounds a little too tame, you've always got Bugibba right on your doorstep. The party capital of the island, Paceville is also just a short journey away, if you fancy a night out on the town.
Landscape
Holidays in Qawra offer you majestic scenic views. It is located on a peninsula so has a seafront on three sides - St Pauls is to the north, Salina Bay with its great salt pans is to the south and the Mediterranean Sea beckons to the east. Therefore, it is easy to see why it's popular with water sports enthusiasts. Its beach comprises shingle and rocks although in many places the rocks are flat and suitable for sunbathing. However, the good news is that if you prefer sandy beaches, Mellieha is only 8km away.
