The Bayleaf Restaurant captures the essence of Mediterranean cuisine and also features an array of international favourites to delight the palate. An expansive buffet features traditional dishes together with a vibrant blend of influences from across the Mediterranean. Maltas crispy and tasty bread, Il-Hobza, provides a wonderful accompaniment to all the primary Mediterranean flavours, while the extensive wine list features local international award-winning wines together with classic wines from all the famous regions of the world - France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the New World wines. The hotel lounge and bar area become animated and lively when the sun goes down and the relaxed surroundings are perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea, cocktails and, of course, a nightcap.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00, variety of cooked & continental food), lunch (12:00-14:00) and dinner (18:00-20:45), all buffet style, served in the Bay Leaf restaurant. During meals beer, spirits, house wine and soft drinks are offered. Snacks such as sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc are available at the lounge bar between 12:00 & 14:30 (during winter) or at the terrace bar from 12:00-15:00 (during summer). Tea time with cakes & biscuits is from 10:00-17:30 at the lounge bar. Unlimited locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks are served from 10:00-23:00 at the lounge bar (summer season: 18:00-23:30), the Bayleaf restaurant and the terrace bar (only summer).

Sports & Leisure

The Soreda hotel offers its guests a host of recreation and leisure facilities. Sun lovers will also love the swimming pool overlooking the shore line. The Radius is a fully equipped Health Club which offers its guests a host of splendid recreation and leisure facilities, such as gym and sauna (at a charge), jacuzzi and an indoor pool. Also available: roof top pool, sun terrace, a ground level pool, sun beds and umbrellas and two bars.

Leisure facilities at the hotel include gym, sauna and jacuzzi as well as an evening bar with organised entertainment (most nights during the week) open between 18:00 & 23:00.

Facilities & Services

In the hotel there is a games room, a gift shop and a TV-lounge. Same day dry cleaning & laundry service also available. The hotel has a lift serving all levels so the guests may make use of wheelchair easily. However the situation of this hotel is approx 10mins walk from all amenities on the one side and a steep hill to the Qawra coastroad on the other side.

Please note that at the back and the side of the hotel a new block of apartments is being raised. Works take place between 07:30 – 16:00 approx. Heavy works are now over so noise disturbance is minimized. Guests are allocated far from works. In addition, guests should note that for the period between 15/07/2008 & 15/08/2008 the indoor pool will remain closed due to manual maintenance works.
