Accommodation

The majority of the rooms have a sea view and all rooms have a balcony or terrace. All other rooms offer an inland/mountain view. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, balcony or terrace, radio, cable TV and a direct dial telephone. Food & Beverage

A variety of bars and restaurants are available for guests: Os Arcos serves national and international buffet cuisine. The Pub offers all day dining with a variety of hot and cold light meals as well as draught beer. The Taverna Grill is a fine à la carte dining room in a rustic setting with its own wine cellar. It offers excellent grill specialities as well as daily fresh fish and shellfish. Atlantic Pool Bar is the poolside bar with drinks and ice creams. Garden Pool Restaurant is the poolside bar and restaurant with à la carte light meals at lunch time. The Taverna Bar serves cocktails from 17:00 - 01:00 with live music every day. If you prefer to dine in your room, room service is at your disposal.

There is a separate childrens pool and playground on the garden pool level. The Pestana Kids Club with supervised activities is available during Summer holidays and is free for hotel residents. One floodlit tennis court with artifical grass surface set within the lush hotel gardens, mini-golf and a scuba diving base & diving school (PADI International Resort). Beauty & Fitness: free use of the indoor heated swimming pool with gymnasium, sauna, steam bath, jaccuzi, solarium and a beauty salon offering special body and beauty treatments and therapeutic massages. Games room with table tennis, table soccer etc. Hairdressing salons, boutiques, Drugstore, library/reading room and giant chess.
