- the main hotel looks lovely however i got to stay at the matoula beach hotle which is only 3 star and as all inclusive you are not allowed to use their facilities as that hotel is only half board so in order for us to get food we had to use the main hotel which was catering for all 3 hotels which meant very long ques cold food along with hairs although we had paid all inclusive we had to pay extra money to eat out as the food was that poor in it. At lunch times and breakfast you would also have stray cats and dogs joining you in the restaurant. We were completely missold the holiday and i will never go back there or use on the beach either I am gutted as we saved all year for this. i will be putting in a formal complaint.
- Useful Tips:
- people should be wary alot of the food is recycled and used the next day menu is very boring lots of stray animals around in eating areas. avoid going if you can.

- This hotel is a rip off, the staff are very unfriendly and are not helpful at all, the food is always cold and disgusting with the same things being served every day, the snacks if you could call them that are sausage rolls and left overs off lunch and evening meal, the entertainment.. there is none, table tennis is not allowed after five, they never have change for machines. All in all i would'nt advise anyone to go there, and all i can say is that anyone who says they enjoyed it are easy pleased.
- Useful Tips:
- Make sure you get what you pay for, all inclusive cant get drinks inside the hotel, they have to go outside for them.
