The Doreta Beach is situated on the west coast of Rhodes in Tholos/Theologos, a small pretty village. The hotel has a great location, directly on the beautiful beach. A predominantly family hotel with great atmosphere and is a fun place for children and has spacious lawns leading down to the tree-lined beach.

Accommodation

All rooms have: air-conditioning (from 15/6 until 30/9), private bathroom, radio, fridge (on request & at a charge), hairdryer, balcony or terrace (with a direct sea view or mountain view& side sea viewfor outdoor living), smoke detector, telephone. Baby cots are also available upon request. All maisonettes-apts are Garden view / pool view or direct on the beach.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-09:30), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant Symposium. Children’s buffet with spaghetti, chicken nuggets, hamburgers, fried potatoes, jelly, mousse, caramel, etc is offered in the main restaurant for lunch & dinner. Delicious snack’s buffet with pizzas, pies, chips, hot dogs, toasts, sandwiches, baguettes, spaghetti, various salads and fruit of the season is available at the ‘Thalassa’ snack bar between 10:00 & 23:00 as well as unlimited ice cream (various flavours) from 11:00-17:00. Vegetarian and other special diet menus (on request) as well as Theme nights like Greek, Italian, Mexican and Continental night with typical specialities (every week) are also available in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like cocktail selection, table wine, whisky, gin, vodka, rum, brandy, ouzo, various liqueurs, branded soft drinks, imported draught beer, various juices, tea, filter coffee and tap water are served at the main bar Megaron (17:00-23:00) and at the pool bar (10:00-23:00). Also available at the Thalassa snack bar between 10:00 & 23:00 are unlimited branded soft drinks as well as imported draught beer, table wine, tea and filter coffee.

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini-golf, table tennis, mountain bikes and mini soccer, selected water sports such as pedaloes & canoes (according to the weather and availability), various daytime and evening entertainment programmes organised by the professional animation team like aqua gym, aerobics and step aerobics, quizzes, pool races, stretching and many more.

Sports & Leisure

The beautiful pool area with irregular shape pool and separate children’s pool is inviting you for relaxing moments. You can always find something to do at the Doreta Beach why not try one of the sport activities available: table tennis, billiards (payable locally), tennis courts, basketball court, volley ball, mini golf, mountain bikes, sea sports such as canoes and pedaloes (banana and ringos are payable locally). There is a daily entertainment program from 09:00 until 23:00 by an International animation team from the hotel. Evening entertainment on a daily basis.

The All Inclusive programme operates from 07:00-23:00. The hotel guests can choose between the main restaurant Symposium and the Taverna snack bar. Dress code applies during the evening meal; gentlemen must wear long trousers in the main restaurant.

Useful Information

The hotel is located 7 km from Rhodes airport (RHO), 17.5 km from Rhodes town and 50 km from Lindos village. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to Rhodes town regular bus service. The hotel beach has been awarded with the European Blue Flag for the last 4 years.
