The hotel is superb visually with 75% of the rooms facing the sea. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea and the stunning hotel gardens, complete with mini-zoo of birds! The three pools have extremely pleasant temperatures and benefit from a slide, jacuzzi and showers as part of the fun. The room furnishings are of a very high standard and kept meticulously clean by the daily maid service.
The only drawback is that the hotel takes 1,400 adults plus children and they all seem to want to eat within the same 1 hour period making the dining room reminiscent of an overgrown rugby scrum. This can lead to fights and lack of hot food as the kitchen struggled to cope at times. Worse still there are only 4 highchairs to go around!!!
The staff were all fantastic - helpful and pleasant. The location is great for Rhodes town.
A brilliant hotel, complete with games room, children's play area, cafe, bars inside and out spoiled by the dining room needing some reorganizatio
