- Very clean,a great animation team as our 3 kids had a great time and a wonderful water fun park!!!Tasty food all day long but the breakfast could be better.
- Useful Tips:
- you should have in mind to wake up early in the morning if you'd like a place under an umbrella in the piscine!!!

- We are a family of 5 with three kids under 11.We found the hotel very clean and the staff worked hard to keep the hotel that way.The hotel was extremely busy as you would expect in July,but meal times were sometimes stressfull,as queuing was optional,and we had to wait sometimes to be seated and for cutlery and cups.Certainly not a relaxing experince,but it rarely is with three young kids.We found the food was good and we all enjoyed the food.Plenty of icecream and drinks,we all put on a few pounds.We were not organised enough to get up early and put the towels on the sunbeds,so we sometimes struggled to get sunbeds,but we never got charged. the beach was a dissapointment,not really suitable for young kids,great for windsurfing.We hired a car and went to Tsimbika beach on west coast which was perfect sandy beach for the kids.The animation team are brilliant and work hard to entertain all ages. We enjoyed our week at the resort,but we found 7 days was enough.
- Useful Tips:
- If you want sunloungers near the pool reserve it with your towel at midnight as we saw some guests do. After finishing your drinks keep the glass and get a re-fill,as there is sometimes a wait for clean glasses.

- Where can I start. We enjoyed every moment of our 2 week holiday that we have just returned from. We travelled as 2 families of 5, which consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids, ages ranging from 6 - 11 years and everyone of us enjoyed everything. Ignore all previous reviews, some people are made to find something to moan about. We stayed in the family rooms x2 which where cleaned daily and fresh beds and towels except sunday when they only empty your bin! The food was varied and always something for everyone. The drinks where what you would expect from all inclusive all locally produced, the draught beer was very nice, our kids defo liked the variety of ice cream flavours (especially banana)you could get with the cones. The general appearance of the hotel was immaculate and always being cleaned, all staff very helpful and able to speak english. The animation team work very hard and defo made our holiday. What a laugh we all had. 1 of the best animation teams we have ever had.
- Useful Tips:
- We didnt leave the area of the hotel as we had no need to, everything was there that you would possibly need, even down to a waterpark which is directly opposite the hotel. If you are looking for plenty of activities for all ages day and night, this is defo the hotel to go to. What a holiday we had!!!

- the hotel was really clean,the food was fabulous there was lots of choice too. The entertainment was excellent, they worked really hard and was so funny, we are looking to come back in july 2009 so look out for us lol!!!!!!!

- the only problem that we had during our stay was you had to pay 2 euro for the sunbeds!! but everything else was good!!

- Hotel was nice but don't know were the Deluxe complex came into the name as on the hotels own board it was called simply Blue Bays Beach Hotel. The waterpark should have been open but wasn't so we had 4 disappointed teenagers. On checking out the hotels own beach, this could have done with a clean up as lots of plastic bottles and canisters along the edge of the water. The hotel room was cleaned every morning and clean towels left. Can't complain about the food had something different each meal. The animation team were excellent they kept our teenagers happy aswell as the adults, they worked very hard. Would call this hotel more a 4* than a 5*.
- Useful Tips:
- Look out for the bus stop on the top road, this will take you to Rhodes town for only 2 Euro. Tommies bar in the town of Kremasti is an English bar with very nice owners Kaz and Tommy they're very welcoming. This is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Not much else to say as everywere was closed, most places not open until May.
