This extremely pleasant, luxurious, newly-built hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful setting, on a slope with an incomparable view of the Aegean Sea and the Turkish coast. The coastal road alone separates the hotel from the pebbly beach.

Accommodation

The hotel consists of extremely comfortable, modern rooms which are fully equipped with carpet, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, fridge (mini bar available on request), personal safety deposit box, hair dryer, bath, WC, balcony, optional lateral or direct sea views can also be reserved.

Food & Beverage

The complex offers two main restaurants with a terrace and beautiful panoramic views, an a la carte restaurant serving delightful Greek cuisine and Mediteranian specialities for both, lunch and dinner. Dress code is required in all restaurants for dinner.

All Inclusive Food

The AI programme consists of early breakfast (05:00-07:30), American breakfast with local specialties (07:30-10:00), long-sleeper’s Continental breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests upon reservation is Zorbas in Hippocrates Palace for lunch (12:30-15:00), the Triton restaurant in Kipriotis Panorama for dinner (20:30-22:00, three times per week with Asian night) and the Italian restaurant (at selected times). Guests arriving late can have dinner in cold buffet with hot soup between 22:00 & 24:00. A variety of hot & cold snacks such as pizza, sausage pie, cheese pie, sandwiches, spinach pie, cakes, biscuits, etc (rotating menu) is available between 11:00 & 12:00.

All Inclusive Drinks

During lunch & dinner draught beer, cola, citronade, orangeade, lemonade, juice, house wine and purified water (served by the glass) are offered - all local. Tea & filter coffee time with cake buffet is between 16:30 & 17:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, draught beer, local & international aperitifs, spirits, liqueurs, digestives, alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails, children’s cocktails, soft drinks, lemonade, juices (all by the glass) and purified water (by the carafe) are served at the main pool bar (10:00-24:00) and the beach bar (10:00-18:00, only non-alcoholic drinks).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include canoes, pedal boats, two tennis courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, boccia, darts, fitness centre (aerobics, training in the complex), water gymnastics, archery (Kos Bay View), three swimming pools with two separate children’s pools, sun beds & umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, waterslides and animation offering standard Iberostar animation day & night programmes, daytime sports animations, soft live music in Kipriotis Panorama & Hippocrates Palace, night animation in Kipriotis Maris & Kos Bay View theatres and disco bar in Hippocrates Palace (till 02:00 - last order at 24:00). For children there is a super mini club, mini club & teeny club as well as the popular “play land” children’s paradise and a playground located at Kipriotis Panorama.

Chargeable Extras

Safety deposit boxes, squash (at Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama), tennis tuition, mountain bikes, motorized water sports, scuba diving, billiards, massage, gym and sauna are available at a charge. Some of these activities are offered in other hotels in Iberostar Kos Complex.

Facilities & Services

The hotel features a conference centre with an 800 person capacity, a spacious lobby with a pleasant reception area, several elevators, TV room and an internet corner. Within the complex, all guests have the opportunity to enjoy the mini market, souvenir shop, jeweller’s and a hairdresser’s salon.
