Proud to bear the name of Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, this comfortable 4 star hotel is built on a total surface of 20,000 m2 and was fully renovated in 2009. In a cosmopolitan environment, surrounded by flowers and palms, just 300 meters from the beach, Hippocrates Palace Hotel is located in Psalidi, 3 km east of seaport, 3 km from Kos town and 25 km away from the International Airport of the island.

Accommodation

All of the rooms in the hotel consist of a private bathroom with shower, bathtub, hair dryer, air-conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator, a balcony or terrace and contemporary and comfortable furnishing. Family rooms can accommodate 2-4 persons.

The Art of Gastronomy! Fine gourmet international cuisine, island specialties and outstanding service are all important to the hotel. It offers: Main restaurant - all the entitled meals for the Hippocrates Palace guests are served here (breakfast and dinner). Exquisite tastes satisfying the most demanding customers! Zorbas taverna - enjoy an a la carte lunch or dinner in our traditional Greek restaurant, with live music every night. Apollo bar - piano bar, the ideal place to have a nice evening enjoying our special aperitifs and cocktails. Pool bar - refreshing drinks and light snacks by the pool. Dancing hall - The nightclub that will keep guests dancing all night long!

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of Early Continental breakfast (05:00-07:00, pre-booked), American breakfast (07:30-10:00), Continental long sleeper’s breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style with Greek & international cuisine, served in the main restaurant. For late arrivals there will be cold buffet or cold plates in room. During meals water, soft drinks, draught beer and house wine by the glass are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests six days a week from 12:30-14:30 with Greek menu and with prior reservation is the Zorbas Taverna. A variety of cold snacks is available from 11:00-12:00 & 23:00-24:00 at the main bar as well as coffee time with cake from 16:30-17:00. Children can have ice cream by the cup from 11:00-12:00 & 16:30-17:30 at the bar. Locally & some international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, soft drinks, hot beverages, cocktails and long drinks (all by the glass) are served at the main bar (10:00-01:00, last order at 23:45) and the disco (21:30-01:00, last order at 23:45 - subject to the animation programme).

Sports & Leisure

Big swimming pool for adults and one especially for children, surrounded by palms, make swimming a real exotic experience! During May & October our guests have the pleasure to enjoy the heated fresh water of indoor swimming pool.

Sport facilities at the hotel include day & night soft programmes, table-tennis (with deposit), archery, boccia, aerobics, water-gymnastics, etc. The use of sun beds & umbrellas at the hotel pools is free.

Chargeable Extras

Water sports, scuba diving, tennis, sauna, billiards, sun beds & umbrellas at the beach and safety deposit boxes are available at a charge.

Dress code applies during dinner. For the best use of the all-inclusive package, the exact details of all drinks are available in the respective bar/restaurant outlets. Customers are kindly asked not to reserve the sun beds & umbrellas by the pool with towels or other items during longer periods of absence.
