The Aegean View hotel has a magnificent view with very comfortable spaces and nice garden surroundings. All the buildings are small and have one floor, with materials that catch the eye such as wood, stone, water and roof tiles. The hotel is situated in a high picturesque spot, 55m above the sea level, in order to create an open horizon, quietness and unique environment.

Accommodation

Aegean View offer rooms with beautiful gardens and the majority of rooms hold a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea .All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, telephone, shower or bath and balcony or terrace. A few of the rooms have a shared Pool and / or shared pool including Kids pool.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During lunch & dinner local wine, draught beer and soft drinks are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests from 19:00-22:30 with prior reservation is the Istros restaurant (rotating Greek, Italian or sea-food cuisine). Snacks such as hot dogs, toasts and ice cream are available at the pool bar between 10:00 & 17:30 as well as cake & cookies time from 13:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, draught beer, soft drinks, coffee and ouzo are served at the pool bar (10:00-18:00) and the main bar (18:00 till late) - according to each outlet’s menu. Lunch baskets can be ordered at the reception one day in advance (till 18:00).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, billiards, table tennis, table soccer, mini football (5x5), darts, mini-club, one indoor pool (09:00-18:0), outdoor swimming pools, sunbeds by the pools & at the beach as well as daytime & nigh-time animation programme six days weekly. There is also a shuttle bus to the beach four times a day.

Massage & facial/body treatments (with appointment), baby cots and safety deposit boxes are available at a charge.

Facilities & Services

Facilities & services include reception, 24 hour internet access at the reception (payable locally), 2 PCs equipped with the latest technology and large screen satellite TV. Baby cots and safe deposit boxes are available at extra charge. The mini market is open from 08:00-23:00. The new Spa centre offers guests an indoor heated pool (open from 09.00 – 18.00), Jacuzzi and gym for free. A gym instructor is also in attendance. The Spa centre has all facilities for massages and facial body treatments, hamam and sauna upon appointment and at extra charge. There is also a whirl pool and hydro massage, water mushroom, water polo area and water volley ball. Three Pools connected by a canal, next to the pool bar with a fantastic view and a kids water slide. The hotel also offers day trips on its boat, the Aegean View where guests can discover the coastline of Kos and enjoy a relaxing day out to private beaches of the island. Refreshments, sandwiches and seasonal fruits are served on board and a stop for swimming is included. Please note that whilst the boat trip is included in the All-inclusive program, mini-bus transport to the harbour is at 4 euro per person, payable locally. During the week, several events are being organised such as Live Music and Greek Nights to make guests stay even more memorable.
