All the studios and apartments are self catering however, breakfast is available for a small charge (payable locally). The complex offers a large swimming pool, a children's pool, free sunbeds and umbrellas, large well maintained gardens and a pool bar serving drinks and snacks. There is also a games room.

It has stunning views of the sea and the Sithonia peninsula. The hotel is ideal for families and couples who really want a quiet, relaxing holiday. The nearest sandy beach is 500 metres from the hotel and the village of Kriopigi, with shops, supermarkets, bars and tavernas is also just a 500 metres walk. A community train and bus is available to the beach and the village on a regular basis.

The studios and apartments cater for 2-5 persons. Each room is tastefully furnished and includes a kitchen area with cooking facilities, fridge and kettle, a bathroom with bath, shower and hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, air-conditioning in high season and a safety deposit box (extra charge). Baby cots are available on request. All have a furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the sea or pool area.
