- The destination is beautiful, clear blue sea, bright blue sky, fantastic views, relaxing and a good place to unwind. People are friendly and very helpful. Restaurants are brilliant, good food and fast service. Lovely places to visit and the pace is slow, restful, a complete change from home. Could not ask or more.

- Can be a little hilly, nothing excessive but well worth the climb, children will love it,

- Waters are outstanding - clear and calm, not stormy even when the Med is uneasy - due to being a sort of a harbour. The climate is just right - not too hot, slight breeze at times, surprizingly for this time of the year - friends in Cyprus were holidaying under the air conditioner.. But the setting and the service are rural - lots of derelic and shabby buildings on the way to.. The only water park is in Thesaloniki and is too bumpy and falling apart due to the old age, and full of charecters from Moscow, recognized by big golden chains-colors.. This may also be why service often is out of hands.. Locally you can find boat trips, and waterjets - but the attendant can leave the shop in the middle of the day.. Overall - lack of entertainment and service, but the weather is good

- I thought it was lovely with a balence of everything despite it being the last week of the season. The appartment i could not fault, everything was clean the maids came in daily, all the furniture was new and the appartments were very spacious. The beach was a minute walk away and it was clean and sandy and not crowded, the sea was also clear and clean. The resort itself had plenty of shops bars and restaurants offering a wide option of meals to suit everyones taste. We travelled around Halkidiki and came across some fantastic beaches and tucked away restaurants in small villages and also some busier resorts. The Greeks are very friendly and all in all it was a superb holiday.
