The hotel's recently remodelled rooms all come with a balcony, offering views overlooking the sea or the peaceful gardens of the hotel. The hotel consists of 205 rooms, as well as 28 bungalows. Facilities include open-air cinema, TV room, dining facilities, reading and writing room, conference hall capable of accommodating up to 400 persons, children's clubhouse with playground (supervised), hairdresser's salon, newsstand, souvenir shop and jewellery shop. Guests wishing to hire can do so at the car hire desk within the hotel. Complimentary parking facilities are also available in front of the hotel for guests arriving by car. Staying at the fully renovated hotel, guests are in one of the islands loveliest gardens overlooking the azure sea. The town of Corfu, widely praised as the most beautiful in Greece, is just 10 minutes away. Corfu Airport is some 11 km away.

The hotels main restaurant serves a buffet breakfast. Lunch is served in the open-air beach taverna. This is a self-service restaurant. Dinner/buffet is served in both main restaurants: diabetic and vegetarian dishes are available on request, as is a children's menu.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the centre of Corfu.

A variety of water sports are available on the beach including water skiing, canoeing, pedal boating, and wind-surfing (all subject to fees).
