- This is a fantastic family hotel,the childrens pool is excellent and with a great life guard making sure the kids are safe.Food was excellent,plenty of it and great choices.Very clean rooms and very good size.Staff are great always greeted with smiles and friendly chat,they are all really helpful.Also you are not hassled to buy massages,trips etc. The animation team work so hard,many things to do allday if you want and a brilliant show is put on everynight.Would definately return.

- Try all the food even if does not look to appealing at first.Shop locally rather than the Old Market. Make sure you watch some of the evening shows.

- what can i say, this was our second time here and again was not disapointed.fron the moment we arrived the staff remembered us and treated us exceptionally well,food was at a good standard and with the addition of more restaurants there were excellent choices from pizza and chips to fresh fish and traditional dishes.The only reget was no evening entertanment in the pool bar this year it had been moved to the beach bar and didnt seem to have the same atmosphere,we spent most of our time in the lobby bar where our old friend Sharky the bar manager was an exceptionally good host. Look out for Mitso who is in the animation team he is awsome!!. Overall its a really relaxing holiday and whether its your first time or not it will be a great one

- Sharky in the lobby bar,carvary in the mediteranean restaurant,pasta and pizza in el camelletto,and the fantastic sea life

- This is our third time to Egypt and even though the hotel was a little tired thought that this was the best. Although it is a the last hotel on the strip this is what we like about it. It was near the beach which was great for snorkelling. The reception staff were very helpful. When we arrived we had booked two rooms as we were a party of 5. Two adults, two teenagers and a three year old. The rooms were not next to each other but they sorted this out immediately. The food was good and there was a good variety. Fresh pizza, pasta, curry, nan bread, grilled chicken, salads. This was the best we had had. It looks like they are opening up a new restaurant too. The sunbeds were an issue as people were getting up silly hours to get a sunbed. There was also a problem of not having enough umbrellas but whilst we were there they were putting in new bases for new umbrellas. A bit late for us but good news for others. The staff friendly and helpful.
- Useful Tips:
- Bring a water camera so you can take pictures of the fish they are amazing. Be aware when you go to Nambq Bay it is an experience!

- This hotel was very very good, high standards of cleanliness, kindness, the environment is good, they put on shows of a night time, the area around Sharm like Naama Bay And Soho Square Are Brilliant. Only Downside Of The Holiday Was The Food, Had No Flavour, Very Bland,No Seasoning, No Umph, Not A Large Variety Of Food, Need A Menu Rotation, Need More Passion In What They Are Doing! Other Than That Great :)!!!
- Useful Tips:
- The Food, There Is The Chance You Will Get Ill But Just Be Vareful And Warey. The Nightlife, Naama Bay Has A Wide Range Of Shops, Bars, Clubs AKA Pacha, Or A Top Indian Restaurant Called Tandoori, Also The Ice Bar, Oxygen Bar And Clubs & Shops In Soho Square, Make Sure You pay 50 (Le) to Naama Bay Nd About 40 (Le)To Soho Square.

- We stayed at this hotel and we can honestly say it was the best holiday we have ever experienced. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. The food was delicious, room was quaint but extremely clean. Entertainment was poor to say the least. The best two weeks we could have asked for, booking to return June 2010. Loved it!!!

- really really poor. facilities average, staff rude entertainment very poor. if you are under 60 or have a family, do not go here

- it is quiet and has a long walk to get to the sea. so if you want a beach its ok

- AMAZING THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVED IT WE HAVE BEEN TO A FEW PLACES BUT NOW WE WILL PROBABLY AWAYS GO BACK TO EGYPT AND THIS HOTEL WAS THE BEST WE HAVE STAYED IN. THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY WE CANT WAIT TO GO BACK I HAVE BOOKED UP AGAIN FOR THIS YEAR AND YOU GUESSED IT THE SAME HOTEL

- THIS HOTEL IS ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF TOWN IF YOU JUST WANT TO CHILL OUT THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. THE BEACH TO THE LEFT OF THE HOTEL WAS BRILLIANT THE FISH WAS EVERYWHERE AMAZING WE TOOK THE GLASS BOTTOM BOAT THINKING WE WOULD SEE MORE BUT WE NEVER IN FACT IT WAS RUBBISH COMPARED TO THE BEACH SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT EVEN THE DRIVE TO GET THERE WAS HORRENDOUS. JUST CANT WAIT TO GO BACK I HOPE NOT A LOT OF CHANGES HAS BEEN MADE WILL LET YOU KNOW. WATCH THIS SPACE!

- This hotel is great. We had a fantastic time. Everybody was very nice, they couldnt do no more for us. Me and my husbund loved it and the chieldren loved it so much that we are going back in August. We have been in better 5 star hotels but this one was great value for money. We loved it. Dont hesitate, go.

- Just check around before making any decisions. Things in hotel are 3 times more expensive then out, but thats the same everywhere abroad.

- if you have children or want any sort of entertainment or service do not go here. this is the 5th hotel we have stayed at in sharme and was by far the worst.hotel is drab and dull, there is at least a 20 minute walk along a pier to get to the sea, the entertainment is shocking( main bar plays bingo with a travel bingo set)as its main entertainment.the bar staff are good but management rude and ripped us off to tune of £300. if you want a quiet holiday and only like the sea up to your knees go here.it is also the furthest hotel in the bay , so you are miles from anything(about 40 mins from namah by cab)to give you an idea what i mean, staff left our room door open ALL DAY after cleaning 3 days running,no apology. girlfriend missed her flight through wrong information and was held at the doors at gunpoint until i went to reception at 5 in the morning to pay £175 for her to come into my room till 12. hope you get the picture

- if you like the sea go to sharks bay. if you want entertainment go to the red sea village, if you potter around and want to stroll along a beach go here,
