- Hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, staff is very very hepful, but was very dissapointed at the reception, they r always waiting for the tips and not very nice staff over there. Otherwise food was ****, every day the same choice: beef, fish, chicken...alcohol is nothing like u used to. but u will get over it, coz the area and weather is so lovely. we done some trips with the Albaraa tour, they were very helpful and well organised, booked it via internet. Also done trips from the hotel to safari, it was really good for 30pounds but the best thing was the 3 islands trip. we loved it and it was a great fun. ask at the Red Sea trips for Mohamed and he will do the best for u, very nice guy who really cares about u. Otherwise we would go back to this hotel fro sure, coz its well worth the money.
- Useful Tips:
- Cairo and Luxor we booked with Albaraa tour. Cairo is something i would not want to see ever again, pyramids r nice and its big part of the history, but otherwise is nothing to see there, many beduins and its so dirty there! so if u r not really into a history, Cairo is not the place... Luxor was great, but too hot, be prepared with plenty of water and take a hat for sure. Desert trip- great fun and worth the money 3 Island snorkeling- the best thing we done, the see is amazing, u will go to Mahmaya Island, thats a real paradise, for 35 euros its the best investment. We actually regret going to cairo, as we could have done this trip twice

- I was booked to stay at the aqua blu resort but on arrival we were informed that the hotel was overbooked so every body from our flight who was booked was to be moved to another hotel . As we had a disabled passenger with us they said they would not move us , this was a bit misleading as they did indeed move us but only to one of the hotels sister hotels which was in the same place and we had the use of all our designated hotels ammenities as well as those of the hotel we were moved to and indeed those of the third hotel on the site . When we were eventually taken to our rooms we were very happily surprised it was lovely and spacious and very clean . The next day when we were able to see the hotels in daylight they were stunning there was lots to do and everything was beautifull and immaculate a real treat. The staff in all areas of the hotel were fantastic and really attentive especially to my 2 year old son . The food in the first week was fine but went down hill rapidly .
- Useful Tips:
- every body is very friendly but they are usually looking for something in return i.e tips or for you to buy something tip little and often if you give a big tip at the begining they will still be looking for more when they see you again . Also be very aware of the taxi drivers we booked ours through the hotel but i met several others who were ripped off .

- This hotel was brilliant we loved every minute of it, the gardens and pool area are so clean and well kept we was amazed. The food is great with lots of choice. The slides are good fun and there was always entertainment. The evenings were good aswell we especially liked the Theatre. We are going back there in May and i cant wait.
- Useful Tips:
- Just be aware of the people selling trips etc they do knagg abit but when you say no they do leave you alone. Always keep some loose change for tips.

- this hotel is amazing all that go there will not be diappointed my partner and i loved it will come back this year .... loved it

- have small amounts of change for tips sales reps pester but leave as soon as you say no

- my friend and i are both disabled and enjoyed this holiday very much we found the staff very helpful and friendly every where was so clean they seemed to be cleaning all the time the food was good but a little bit repetative we cant fault this hotel we were surprised it is only 4 star it is worth 5 stars in our eyes our thanks to the staff that made our stay memerable we will be coming back as soon as we can find the right deal

- as i said we couldnt fault it there were trips if you wanted them yes you do get hasseled by the people selling them and the beautician but eventually they got the message and left us alone but you get that anywhere it is not the hotels fault

- this hotel is fantastic, its so clean with friendly staff, the food is great with loads of choice, the pools are lovely with about 9 to choose from as you can use the two other hotels that i next to the aqua blu, water slides are great fun, weather was perfect, the gardens are beautiful and well looked after, i would go back tomorrow if i could

- they do like to ask you to go on their trips and have a massage but they dont keep on at you, tips are a big thing,
