Beautifully restored, the seven-room Riad is imbued with traditional artifacts such as hand-woven carpets and custom-made furniture. However, Angsana Riad Bab Firdaus is perhaps best known for its large jet pool in the hammam area and one spacious therapy room. The name which means gateway to heaven conjures up a sense of magic as one will experience upon arrival.
Hotel comprises of deluxe rooms and suites. All rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, hairdryer and in-room safe. A complimentary mobile phone is in every room for guests use in Marrakech (local calls only) . Room Service and a mini bar are available also in all rooms.
Riad offers an all day dining menu featuring a superb selection of light Moroccan and Asian food. As with the breakfast menu, guests can enjoy their food in all of the Riads public areas. For lunch, a selection of Moroccan and International cuisine is available, with all ingredients are fresh and purchased locally. Riads drink list has a large selection of different beverages. Wine lovers will also have a small yet very fine selection of local Moroccan and French wines, as well as champagne. When dusk calls, all guests have a choice from a three course set menu, with a selection between Moroccan and International appetizers and main courses, including dessert. Guests of Angsana Riad Bab Firdaus can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the patio with pool, the red living room or on the top terrace and roof of the Angsana Riad Bab Firdaus Restaurant with authentic Moroccan and Thai dishes (a tent located on the roof top of the offering an a la carte menu with a delicious selection of Moroccan and Asian cuisine); guests are advised to book a reservation prior to dining. Afternoon tea and traditional Moroccan pastries are available in the Red Living Room.
At guests disposal there is central patio with seating area and small patio pool, indoor pool with water jets and jacuzzi beds, two daybeds a large hammam and treatment room, a living room with fireplace and comfy relaxing seating and upstairs first floor seating area.
Complimentary WIFI is available through entire Riad. Also three living rooms with chimney, a 36 flat screen TV in the library and portable DVD players (two per Riad) are available for guest use.

Riad offers a variety of possibilities for guests meeting needs; small meetings for up to five people in the patio, the red Living Room for meetings of up to six people and Angsana Riad Bab Firdaus Restaurant for meetings of up to 30 people (classroom style). A projector, music system (CD, Tape), DVD and TV are available upon request and at an extra cost. A special evening set meal can accompany the meeting as well as entertainment with belly dancers, a snake charmer and a traditional Moroccan band. Privacy can only be guaranteed if Riad is taken on an exclusive basis.
Riads are the total Morrocan experience and always situated within the walled medina with its souks and markets. The streets are winding and cobbled therefore the transfer vehicles will get as close as possible and some walking may be necessary. Riads are small properties and family run, the staff are there to offer assistance and advice along with our free resort representatives. The bonus of Riads is the ability to request specific Morrocan meals (in advance) which will be home cooked to order and taken either in a traditional salon or possibly on the rooftop terraces. Riads are peaceful havens and very contrasting to the hustle and bustle of the Medina areas and are suited to couples, single travellers and families with older children, they may contain steps or narrow stairwells and the medina pathways are normally uneven and may not suit customers with walking difficulties or mobility problems. It must be noted that Riads are not hotels they are private family guest houses.
