Gourmet is the name of the hotel’s fine dining restaurant that offers a la carte Portuguese cuisine with an international touch created by the executive chef . The restaurant is situated on the third floor and seats up to 44 guests. The classical decoration and the splendid location of the Gourmet restaurant allow guests to enjoy the intimacy of unique moments whilst absorbing stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.The Oasis restaurant is also situated on the third floor, overlooking the swimming pool and the vast ocean, and seats up to 75 guests. The splendid Cristovão Colombo bar is located near to the swimming pool on the third floor.
