This is a modern purpose built hotel opened in July '98. A quality hotel suitable for both the Leisure and business markets. Due to an extension on the property there will be heavy renovation works carried out are between the hours of 8am & 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays, if working, between 8am & 2pm with no work on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Whilst there can be activity with arrival or departure of plant or workers outside of these hours noise is of a non-heavy nature and is due to finish at the end of march, when new rooms shall become available for sale. In October the existing 100 bedrooms will be completely closed to allow for the refurbishment of same. Meanwhile we will then convert the existing ground floor operation to incorporate the expansion into the new site and also open a new Bar, 2 New restaurants and a new Reception area. . This property is very centrally located just off Upper O'Connell street, in a quiet side street. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby and Temple Bar is just a 5 minute walk. A fantastic central location. All rooms are of a high standard and decorated in modern yellows and blues with light wooden furniture. The rooms are medium in size, on average and are in very good condition. All the bathrooms are small and in good condition.
