The hotel features 100 villas and 12 Sugarmill rooms. The villa categories consist of Villas, Villa Suites and new Luxury Villas, all with either an ocean or mountain view. The Hotel is located on the south western part of St. Lucia about 5 km outside the town of Soufriere, between the world famous Pitons. Soufriere is a historic town with the island's main natural attractions; the drive-in volcano, botanical gardens and waterfalls are in close proximity. It is a 45 min drive from Hewannorra International Airport (UVF) and 1 h 20 min from George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU).

There are 4 restaurants on-site. One of them offers a buffet on an open-air terrace where guests can enjoy a full continental or buffet breakfast. There also is a restaurant bar which offeres an extensive menu with grilled specialities. In the restaurant overlooking the ocean, guests can enjoy sumptuous á la carte menus including fresh seafood. Next to this restaurant, there is another restaurant offering the opportunity to sample authentic local cuisine in a casual atmosphere.
