The facilities and activities include 5 freshwater swimming pools (including a giant swimming pool with 8 built-in Jacuzzis), separate children’s swimming pool, mini club (4-12), three tennis courts, two beach volley nets, basketball net, football field, paddle court, entertainment, large Casino, Spa (includes massages and beauty treatments), 3 buffet restaurants, 4 A la carte restaurants (Guests are requested to wear suitable clothing, long trousers for Gentlemen), BBQ restaurant on the beach, “Sunset” (snack service in the day and restaurant in the evening), 13 bars (16:00-00:00), medical service, travel agency, conference halls, mini market and internet centre.

All Inclusive includes breakfast and lunch in one of the three buffet style restaurants and dinner featuring buffet or in one of the theme restaurants with a la carte service. Drinks served in the 13 bars of the complex and snacks served at the Beach Bar or at the Sports Bar. All the guests staying at the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa are able to use the facilities of the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa, located in the same complex.

The Junior Suites feature twin beds or a King Size bed, WC/shower/Jacuzzi, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone, electronic safe deposit box, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, sofa bed and balcony or terrace. The one bedroom Suites provide King Size beds and the same equipment as the Jr. Suites as well as a large lounge.
