- We had the most amazing holiday in this hotel with its stunning location, swaying palms in its mature tropical grounds, lovely friendly staff that couldn't do enough to help, nothing was too much trouble, great beach's, increadible evening entertainment, lots of day activities if you wished to be involved, immaculately clean and close attention to hygine at all times.This hotel along with its sister hotels, which you can visit via a short walk through the wonderful, palm shaded garden paths whenever you fancy a change of scene, are TRULY ALL INCLUSIVE, there isn t a cash till on site, except in the little shop by the lobby for little nic nacs and on a street within the grounds where you can if you wish buy bits and bobs to take home. Also the rooms are clean and comfortable with a mini bar full of water,soft drinks and spirits that is constantly replenished.I can't praise this place enough, it was truly the best holiday we have ever been on. Thankyou Riu.
- Useful Tips:
- Don,t be put off by the transfere from the airport, it seems a bit rough around the edges, but once out of the town, especially when you arrive at the Mambo you will see it is breathtakingly beautiful.

- Good hotel but we got spoiled the year before in Riu Palace Macao in Punta Cana. The hotel was nice and very clean. The beach was ok but the sea was rough most of the time and the red flag up most days. Food was Ok and plenty of choice - the drinks were another matter! Everything was watered down even the wine - not nice at all! We have done quite a lot of AI's and have never had this problem before. The animacion team were good and there was something going on most of the day if you wanted. No pressure if you weren't interested. The rooms are in blocks of 8 - we had one on the top floor so no footsteps above or dragging furniture about. Nice rooms - 2 double beds together - plenty of wardrobe space and drawers -mini fridge- drinks optics - decent size balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a table and a drying rack The bathroom was a decent size with shower over bath , sink and loo and plenty of space to put toiletries etc. We had a good holiday but still wouldn't rush back!

- The brollies in the wardrobes!!! Take extra coat hangers Take some REAL alchol Plenty of sun cream

- Immaculate,clean,safe,friendly,food was excelent,nothing was a problem for the staff

- Just live the dream and relax, plenty to do for free or just chill out.The horse riding is a must do thing
