Merengue classes. Live music 3/week. Daily entertainment and activity programme from the Occidental Fun Club such as: Exclusive shows: Explosión caribeña, On Broadway, Fun...tastic, Teatro negro, Imagination. For the children there is a supervised Kids Club with activities programme.

It is serving breakfast from 07.00-10.30hrs, continental breakfast 10.30-11.00, lunch from 13.00-15.00 and evening dinner from 19.00-22.30hrs. In addition there are six different restaurants available for lunch and dinner (some of them require reservation). Wine is served during the dinner. Bar La Bodega offers a variety of cocktails, local alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and juices. The Occidental Grand Flamenco also provides a free shuttle bus into the heart of Puerto Plata where a variety of Dominican Republic hotels, bars and restaurants can be found.
