Merengue classes. Live music 3/week. Daily entertainment and activity programme from the Occidental Fun Club such as: Exclusive shows: Explosión caribeña, On Broadway, Fun...tastic, Teatro negro, Imagination. For the children there is a supervised Kids Club with activities programme.

In addition there are six different restaurants available for lunch and dinner (some of them require reservation). Wine is served during the dinner. Bar La Bodega offers a variety of cocktails, local alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and juices. The Occidental Grand Flamenco also provides a free shuttle bus into the heart of Puerto Plata where a variety of Dominican Republic hotels, bars and restaurants can be found.
