The modern and comfortable with its welcoming Cuban atmosphere, has a total of 385 rooms including 4 disability-friendly rooms. Additional facilities include an Internet café, a currency exchange desk, a laundry service, a shop, 4 bars, a nightclub, car rental, a restaurant and relaxation areas. A range of activities such as salsa courses, cooking demonstrations and Spanish classes are on offer to allow guests to discover Cuba in different ways. The rooms have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a telephone, a hire safe, a satellite TV, a fridge and a balcony with views of the sea, the pool or the garden. The air conditioning is centrally regulated. Baby cots (up to 2 years old) and children's beds in the parents' bedroom are available.

Accommodation
The natural sandy beach is supervised . The hotel grounds feature a swimming pool with sun loungers (deposit required) and parasols laid out ready for use. There is a sauna and Jacuzzi and massage treatments are available to guests. Sport and leisure activities available include 3 hard tennis courts (one with floodlighting), a gym, volleyball and basketball courts, a petanque court, windsurfing, archery, table tennis, sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating, water gymnastics, aerobic, step aerobics, stretching, gymnastics lessons, table football, water polo and an 18 hole golf course. In addition, video games, a course in Cuban traditions, shows, discos and parties. The kids' village Baboo is for children between 4 and 12 years and is supervised by a multilingual entertainer. On offer are mealtime supervision, a programme suitable for children with games, creative workshops, sport competitions for beginners and exploration of the local culture.

Visas
British nationals must have a valid passport. A visa is also required if the visitor does not have a Tourist Card. A Tourist Visa Card, costing US$25 or equivalent, may be issued by tour operators, travel agents or airlines for a single entry holiday trip of up to 30 days.
