The Grand Pineapple Beach Hotel sits on a beautifully secluded stretch of white sandy beach, surrounded by 25 acres of tropical planting, overlooking the horseshoe shaped Long Bay on the north-east coast of the island. Much of the island is covered with banana, mango and coconut groves, lush vegetation and rainforest as well as a number of old sugar mills and pleasant little churches. The capital, St Johns is approximately 30 minutes drive away.
