- just an amazing destination with something for everyone. the scirocco wind blew from africa for the whole stay which turned the island into something like a dusty moonscape. witnessing the struggle between man and nature - amazing.
- Useful Tips:
- timanfaya rays and many fish when snorkling glass bottomed boat bike hire

- We had never visited Playa Blanca before and were pleasantly surprised. We had some lovely walks along the promonade down by the harbour and the restaurants and shops were were great. All in all we had a great family holiday.
- Useful Tips:
- The views down by the harbour and the walk along the promonade which takes you all the way to Rubicon. Great restaurants and bars with friendly staff.

- lovely resort,plenty to do.Lovely beaches within easy access to all areas
- Useful Tips:
- check taxi fares,all inc is quite strict in most hotels they close exactly on time so if you are in the queue you wont get served if you arrive at the till after 11

- Lanzarote as a whole is a very interest place had always had a very different mental picture of it. We love Playa Blanca, Booked las year with On The Beach and apartments were lovely. Have just spent a week constantly searching for a holiday to go back in April 2009. We found that even if you stay self catering many of the big hotels allow you in for the entertainment.
- Useful Tips:
- I am glad I made my family see all the tourist landmarks. Caesar Manriques home, Jameos del Agua, El Golfo, the list goes on. Plenty to do.

- A fantastic holiday filled with relaxation and fantastic sights to see.
- Useful Tips:
- The volcanic island is amazing to explore. Visit the restuarant at the top of the volcano for an amazing dinner experience. The yellow submarine ride is a real must.

- lanzarote is a beutiful island with lots of places to visit lovely scenery and excellent weather.we stayed in the hotel paradise island all inclusive we went for a week in december and enjoyed it so much we booked and went back to weeks later for two weeks. with the exchange rate being bad it was very expensive i would advise anyone how is going to go all inclusive and not to book any excursions with last minute.com as you dont get what you pay for. also a visit to fuerventura is a must from playa blanca.quite expensive but well worth it.if you book you can go on the glass bottom boat princess ica from puerto del carmen.or the armes from playa blanca.
- Useful Tips:
- always barter in the markets and check your prices because each stall is different.dont buy electrical products.and check out the price of fags ck kings 4.95 euros for 200

- A lovely quietish setting. Quiet enough to not be worried about noise and drunken people but busy enough to keep you interested. Plenty of quality restaurants. Great for kids

- The pathway that runs along the sea for the entire length of the resort

- This is the best holiday I have been on. Our Hotel "Hotel Playa Blanca" was absolutley fantastic. Really good atmosphere although the entertainment at night wasn't very good, but we always had a good night out in the "Kings Head" a local pub about 15 mins walk.
