Built in 1989 and renovated in 2003, these studios are well located in the centre of Costa Teguise just a short walk away from the sandy beach and the selection of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The complex comprises a total of 49 apartments spread over 2 floors and is just 350 metres from Las Cucharas beach and Jabillo Bay. The bus stop is just 100 metres, the airport 15 kilometres and the beach 100 metres.
