- These apartments were very basic but adequate for what we wanted which was to have a quiet break and a bit of sun... The doors had seen better days(a lick of paint would have helped)as when we got to the front door we did wonder what the inside was going to be like(not a good first impression)inside was ok. My only real complaint was the beds mine felt as if it should have been replaced years ago as the mattress springs were totally gone!!The cleaner came in nearly every day bedding changed twice a week more often if you strpped the beds, whether this happens if they are really busy who knows.the reception staff were really helpful.As for the facilities, the 2 pools were clean both have a shallow pool for small children,1 pool is more suitable to get in and out of as there are steps and a slope to enter and the depth is graded and the other is 2 metres deep all over.We didn't eat on the premises but the food looked ok and prices reasonable if you wanted to use if not booked in.
- Useful Tips:
- Timinfaya definitely worth a visit coach trip around the volcanos included in the entry price.We hired a car for 3 days(this is plenty) so a lot cheaper than booking individual trips.Manriques home& gardens worth seeing and Mirador.If you're self-catering try going to a large supermarket as its usually cheaper.

- On arrival we were greeted by very polite and friendly staff. Our room was located on the ground floor and we prefered to have a balcony so we asked if we could move. There was no ploblem with our request we were found a balcony room. Apartments are basic, which quite frankly reflects the cost of our stay, and very clean, which is most important. Pool was not heated quite cold but then we tested other pools in more expensive hotels in the area and they were the same. Would definately go back.

- very very nice, friendly staff, great onsite bar, restaurant, minimarket, 200 mtrs to the beach and not far to the bars and great restaurants of costa teguise
- Useful Tips:
- if you like to be in the centre of the resort this hotel might be a bit far out, not recommended for disabled

- For the price, sirocco is lovely. Dont be put off by the people on these sites slagging it off. If you dont pay for 5* then you dont get it. It really is worth trying out. We spent 10 days here this year and loved it. Its very clean. Very peacefull and the staff were lovely. There was nothing wrong with our towels!!!! We went to Zocos last year and hated it cos it was so noisy. Sirocco is the place to go if you want a lovely quiet holiday. It was perfect for us. The rooms have everything you need. The beds were the best weve ever slept in. We had room 1107 and it was brilliant,step out of the patio and youre at the pool. It wasnt even noisy during the day. We thought Sirocco was much better than a 2*, more a 3* and much nicer than Zocos. Give it a try.

- Dont use the shop in the hotel, its really expensive but theres a big shop 5 minutes away.

- unfriendly staff,only one bar and that`s the pool bar and also the one show a week entertainment bar if going all inclusive nothing to do at night it was the worse holiday i`ve ever had

- the staff were excellent very helpful and very polite. there was a few problems with the rooms ie. we had to tighten the shower as it was falling down and the bath wasent very clean but we were not there much to take any notice of it the pool and bar area was very nice we spent alot of time in the pool the food was excellent. there wasnt alot going on during the evening so we went elsewhere and also it was away from everything such as shops ect but about a 5 min walk to the beach witch was good

- i would go with children as there is not alot to do

- Placed just about a 15 min walk from town square, 5 mins to nearest beach. We stayed all inclusive for 1 week. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was basic but clean with regular maid service but towels have seen better days. Pool area was clean and spacious with plenty of sunbeds and a pool bar. Food was okay always something to eat but have had better in Lanzarote. Snacks left out in pool bar were disgusting as they were left to sweat for hours but drinks were great and soft drinks were the real thing,pepsi,fanta etc... all in all for what we paid good value for money. If you want 5* you have to pay for it.....

- its was lovely,very very clean place close to everything including to beach and the staff or very friendly and helpful

- theres a bus stop just down the road that takes you to different excursion if booked for free like the submarnie dive and texas runcho worth while places to go and many more day trips the front desk are more than happy to help you book them!
