- Upon arrival, we could see that the apartments and surrounding gardens were well maintained and clean. The pool was brilliant and also cleaned daily. The staff at the front desk were also extremely helpful. The apartments themselves suited their purpose as a self catering option - clean, tidy and also situated in a perfect location to explore Playa Del Ingles. I must also add that it was about 100 metres away from the most fantastic Tapas restuarant you'll ever find - La Cana.
- Useful Tips:
- These apartments are absolutely ideal, I would definitely recommend them for their excellent location and value for money.

- This hotel is great for Self Catering holidays. Although the rooms are fairly small ish they are fine for two people sharing and have everyhting you will need. Fab pool and bar.
- Useful Tips:
- A small cafe/bar round to the left of Los Salomes called cheers - great breakfast for 3 euros.

- The room was very basic with a small kitchen area containing a fridge and two hobs for cooking. We went self catering so this did not suit us as we could only cook on the hob. They were charging a lot for hiring kettles so we would boil water on the hob to make our tea in the morning. There is a shop down the road which sells almost everything so we stocked up on tea, milk and snacks. If you want to watch tv you nee to pay by putting money in tv and it adding mins for you to watch. The beds were uncomfortable and old. However the room was cleaned every other day and fresh towels provided. We heard a lot of guests complaining about cockroachs but we were lucky not to have any. We found some of the staff to be unhelpful and at times some of them were dismissive and rude. However there were some nice ones too. The pool was clean and a nice area to relax in - if you can get a sun bed that is. friends who went all inclusive said food not good.
- Useful Tips:
- probably best to go all inclusive as drinks and snacks are included, however food in hotel in evenings not good so save your euros for eating out

- We booked a real bargain with OTB. Cheap flights, quick transfer and excellent location. We went All-Inclusive, and the San Miguel was always chilled! Yes, the food is a bit 'school dinners' and the rooms are basic, but we used the place for taking it easy round the pool during the day and to sleep. Other than that, the beach, shops and nightlife are really close by so we had everything we wanted. The staff are fantastic as we showed them the respect they deserved. If you want a posh holiday, this isn't it, but if you want basic,cheap and convenient for everything, then head to Los Salmones!!!
- Useful Tips:
- The Hotel does hand over one their four 'blocks' to 18-30 during the peak season. The Irish Centre is really nearby, but The Kasbah has a better variety of clubs. Make sure you get the best deal from the guys trying to usher you into their bars...Two-for-one/ Happy hour is everywhere! It's best to walk home in pairs at night, but the cabs are less than a fiver so stay safe!

- The rooms were in desperate need of refurbishment. At least half the apartments overlooked the main road. We had to ask for clean towels on several occasions.
- Useful Tips:
- Ask for a pool view room. Great location for the Irish centre. Walking distance for most places.
