Excellent locations right on the seafront and on the south-west coast of Gran Canaria which offers the best climate; less wind and more sun. The aparthotel is almost next to the beach and very near the fisherman’s village of Arguineguin.

Accommodation

The aparthotel comprises of 232 apartments, all are spacious and well decorated, with separate bedroom, balcony overlooking the sea or the gardens (lower floors). Apartments with a kitchenette are available. Also a TV (at a charge) is available in the apartments with a variety of channels in various languages. All apartments have an automatic telephone connection available 24 hours a day. Baby cots are available upon request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

Food & Drinks

In the Hotel you will find the Sunset Grill Restaurant, offering a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere while enjoying your meal. There is also a bar in the morning which changes into piano bar in the evening with music-ideal if you like to dance

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main buffet restaurant on the ninth floor. During meals a variety of local drinks is offered. Snacks such as hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, pizza portions, ice cream ,etc (on rotation) are available between 11:00 & 12:00 at the pool bar as well as ta & coffee time with biscuits, pastries and ice cream from 16:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, house wine, draught beer, mineral water, draught soft drinks and fruit juices (non-natural ones) are served from 11:00-23:00 at the pool bar.

Sports & Entertainment

The complex has heated (in winter) swimming pools, wide sun terrace with free sun beds and parasols. Also by the poolside we organise animation and activities from morning to afternoon, in the evening we offer shows and live music in the Piano Bar. In the garden close to the pool the youngest clients will find a pleasant playground. The installations are safe and painted in vivid colours. Also close to the pool there is a game room with electronic games to be enjoyed by adults and children alike. It the guests desire something more than the hotel’s activities then in the reception of Green Beach we shall be happy to give you all the help and information you might need about our services, transportation, cultural activities, sports events, shopping, the surroundings or whatever you might need.

Sport facilities at the hotel include darts, pool table, table tennis, a big swimming pool (part of which is a children’s pool), water polo, aerobics and kids playground as well as entertaining programme and three external shows per week.

Facilities & Services

Safety boxes available from reception for a deposit money and valuables, car rental, self-service laundry, supermarket, and a conference room with a capacity of 20 people. The aparthotel is authorised by the Bank of Spain to exchange currency; the rates are the official ones and a receipt is issued.

Useful Information on Distances

Fifty meters from the aparthotel there is a nice, sandy beach, and five minutes away is the village of Arguineguin. The distance by car from the airport is thirty minutes and from Puerto Rico five minutes. A few meters away from the main entrance there is a taxi station, and the reception can also help you to call a taxi. Close to the aparthotel there are also bus stops. The public buses connect to main towns and tourist resorts on the island, and the service is frequent and regular. Also note that, as mentioned before, you can rent a car at the reception desk.
