The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30, wholemeal products & “on the spot” cooking station), Continental breakfast (10:30-12:00), lunch (13:00-15:00, dishes prepared “on the spot” & varied desserts) and dinner (in two sittings: 18:30 or 20:30, dishes prepared “on the spot”), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Light fare lunch at the pool restaurant (12:00-15:30), special evenings with theme buffets twice a week as well as optional dinner with Grill or Andalusian cuisine at the pool restaurant (alternating days, upon reservation) are also at the disposal of AI clients. Snacks such as hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta, meat, fish, vegetables, potatoes, etc are available between 15:30 & 17:00.
