The welcoming complex was renovated in 2003 and feature 11 various houses in the form of a small village, surrounded by a garden. Facilities include a self-service laundrette and a car park for those arriving by car. Each of the tasteful apartments features is unique with 1, 2 or 3 rooms. They include an en suite bathroom, a dining room, a separate bedroom and a separate or American kitchenette. In addition, they also include a microwave, a TV and plenty more as well as a terrace with two hammocks.

Accommodation
In the outdoor complex guests will find a sun terrace with a swimming pool. The nearest golf course (Son Parc) is 6 km away, the Nàutica de Fornells stadium and a diving school are located around 10 km away.
