- Amazing value for money (i.e.cheap!)but even so, we never felt we were not given 110% attention by reception, dining room or bar staff. We were a family of 43-46 yr old parents with a 9 and 6 yr old girl/boy. Kids were happy with their AI soft drinks +ice-cream + their Dutch/Swedish/Italian entertainers (great English spoken by crew, much better than our Dutch/Swedish etc.)Super cold Cava on-tap for Mum and great Negronis for Dad-all on AI basis! Food varied and tasty. Indoor pool Gr8 for a bit of P+Q. Super clean room. Friendly (but tad expensive)late beach bar, Mambo's is 5 mins walk from hotel + gr8/cheap supermarket and local cafe/bar 30 secs away!Hotel is on coastal front but only short walk 5-10mins)to gr8 beaches left or right of hotel. 27E from airport-hotel. What more could one ask for!?

- 1.You can't walk out directly onto a beach in front of hotel but 5-10 mins walk left or right of hotel,you'll find lovely, family-friendly beaches 2.Entertainment not sophisticated but hey, if the kids are happy, I'm happy!

- Definately would go to santa eulalia again but not using this hotel.The food standard was not good enough and the staff miserable except for mayte and edu.
- Useful Tips:
- booking all inclusive you should expect all inclusive, never before have i paid for this type of holiday only to have to pay everyday x 5 for towels for the pool 60 euros for two weeks, then 60 euros for a travel cot when the baby is paid for on the booking, also 35 euros for the safe all non refundable, it states on the beach but the beach is a 15 minute walk away, a beautiful place, but maybe my expectations of a 4* all inclusive is of higher standard.

- We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. One of the cleanest hotels we have been to in Europe. The swimming pool was perfect. We were upgraded upon arrival to a one bedroom apartment, instead of the studio we booked. Hardly any noise at night, the entertainment finished at 11pm. Lovely 10 min walk to the restaurants, which was great exercise after lying on sunbeds all day. Will def go back.
